Horizontal phone / tablet Nokia N900 for € 500 \ Phones
The company Nokia officially revealed smartphone / tablet N900, rumors of which went to the network is already long enough. It looks just fine machine, but not cheap.
The company Nokia officially revealed smartphone / tablet N900, rumors of which went to the network is already long enough. It looks just fine machine, but not cheap.
N900 is equipped with a 3.5-inch touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, sliding QWERTY-keyboard, 32 GB internal memory (can be expanded up to 48 GB cards from microSD). There is a transmitter GPS / A-GPS, FM-radio, TV out, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, 5-megapixel camera.
With this miniature computer, you can make calls, surf the Internet, enjoy a three-dimensional games (OpenGL ES 2.0).
Become better acquainted with the apparatus will be on the Nokia World event next week. Sales phone / tablet will appear in October this year. The price is € 500.

Nokia has just announced its Nokia N97 at Nokia World 2008 convention at Barcelona, Spain. It is claimed as the world’s most advanced mobile computer, designed for the needs of Internet-savvy consumers. The whole thing looks shiny and it has both touchscreen and QWERTY as some of us are sucks at touchscreen.
Nokia’s flagship Nseries device introduces leading technology - including multiple sensors, memory, processing power and connection speeds - for people to create a personal Internet and share their ’social location.’
It has 5.0-megapixel camera with high-quality Carl Zeiss optics, 16:9 and DVD quality video capture, and support for services like Share on Ovi for immediate sharing over HSDPA and WLAN. Well, 5.0-megapixel is kinda common now. The craziest part will be its memory storage, the Nokia N97 can support up to 48GB storage, including its 32GB onboard memory.
The Nokia N97 will be available in the first half of 2009 with an estimated retail price of EUR 550 before tax and subsidies.

The Nokia N97 introduces the concept of ’social location’ also known as the So-Lo. With integrated A-GPS sensors and an electronic compass, the Nokia N97 intuitively understands where it is. The Nokia N97 makes it easy to update social networks automatically with real-time information, giving approved friends the ability to update their ’status’ and share their ’social location’ as well as related pictures or videos.

Something when you little gadgets missing, you just wish that you can call them. Doo… doo… Hello, car keys, where are you? I’m under your bed, said car keys. Cool huh, well Nokia has something similar like this.
Nokia is showing of its Nokia Locate Sensor ,a prototype, a little gadget that keep track of you wallet, car keys and gadgets within a range of 100m by using a special application installed on your mobile phone. You will need to attach the Locate Sensor to the items and start the app on your phone. The application on the phone will automatically notify you and guided you to the lost object if it is within 100 m. The Nokia Locate Sensor was shown in the CES 2009, it is still under prototype at the moment.
Nokia N86 8MP Slider Phone

Nokia announced the new N86 8MP, the company’s first 8 Megapixel mobile phone, at the MWC 2009. The N86 8MP is a dual slider that can slide up and down. The phone features a 8 Megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss Tessar optics, dual LED flash, digital image stabilization, and 30fps video recording.
The N86 8MP has a 2.6-inch 240 x 320 QVGA OLED display, onboard Assisted GPS with Nokia Maps, WiFi 802.11b/g support and Bluetooth. It comes with 8GB internal storage capacity. You can expect a 3.5mm headphone jack and built-in stereo speakers. The phone runs S60 3rd Edition, FP2.
Nokia N86 8MP supports tri-band 3G HSDPA/HSUPA networks. There are 900/1900/2100 and 850/1900/2100 versions, that will be available in Q2 2009 for about Euro 375.
Nokia E75 On The Way This Month

It was announced earlier this year, words said that Nokia is going to release the E75 business phone this month. The E75 is a first device to ship with the new email user interface, offering full desktop email functionality, and complete integration of Nokia’s email and messaging services. It has both QWERTY and numeric keypad and also the first Eseries that support Nokia’s game service N-Gage. Check out the full specifications after the break.

New releases from Nokia X3 and X6

At Nokia World 2009 were presented two new phone line with the index X (short XpressMusic) - touchscreen smartphone X6 and a slider with an index of X3. Both of them should appear on sale later this year. Nokia X3 main features of the slider - working with the radio without a wired headset, 2.2 inch display with 320x240 resolution, 3-megapixel camera, memory card support up to 16 gigabytes, the possibility of charging from USB (there is a standard 2-mm charger connector) and integration with web services OVI. Expected price is at level 540 (!) And 140 euros for, respectively, the model X6 and X3. Frankly, the price for the X6 looks quite pessimistic, despite its built 32 gigabytes of memory.

Nokia has announced the Nokia 6788 specifically designed for China Mobile’s network. It is the first device for TD-SCDMA – China’s domestic 3G standard. It comes with 5-megapixel (2592 x1944) camera with a dual-LED flash, a 2.8? QVGA display, and the Symbian S60 platform. The phone is expected to be available at the end of December 2009.
